Compare the positioning of the motor on the different mounts. Over one inch lower and with the Argenta sump, it was flush with the bottom of the chassis legs, offering plenty of ground clearance while still lowering the centre of gravity.

Redesigned engine mounts based on the ones we make for the Rover K series engine. An easy fitting - the bottom plate is welded to the chassis leg, offering a strong base on which to bolt the mount.
Engine bay fully painted and ready or the final components. All wiring and brake lines are layed out before the fitting of the engine and box.
Samco hoses are used throughout. These premium quality, hand crafted, high performance silicone hoses work to greater levels of temperature and pressure, which is essential when you're upgrading your engine's performance.
The gearbox cross member, an easy fit which uses the original Fiat mount and the gearbox cover, cut, adapted and welded to accommodate the Fiat box.
The brake header tank mounted on the flitch panel, feeding the brake master cylinder with the extra fluid necessary to work the front discs.
